Registration has begun for the 2025-2026 winter season.

To register, a student-athlete must return a completed PIAA Pre-Participation Physical Form. This form is available under the ATH DEPT INFO menu. Click on PIAA Registration Info, then click Download PDF at the bottom of the page. There are five pages to the form. The first four pages must be filled out by the student-athlete and the parent/guardian. Page five must be filled out by a physician, physician’s assistant, or nurse practitioner (Authorized Medical Provider).

According to PIAA rules, students must receive a physical exam from an Authorized Medical Provider on or after May 1 each year.

Students who played a fall sport do not need a second physical. These students should complete a PIAA Recertification Form (2nd and 3rd sports). This form is available under the ATH DEPT INFO menu. Click on PIAA Recertification Info, then click Download PDF at the bottom of the page. 

All forms are also available in the high school, middle school, and athletic offices.

High school and junior high practices start Friday, November 14.

High school winter paperwork must be submitted no later than Thursday, November 13.
